I have never made comments about anyone’s accent or background. This claim is completely false. I value diversity and have always treated all colleagues with respect

I acknowledge we exchanged messages after hours, but they were brief and work-related. I had no intent to cause discomfort and will ensure clearer boundaries moving forward.
